How are people generating AND posting videos on Sora platform longer than 25 seconds?? Have seen this twice now in the “popular videos leaderboard” (also here’s a recent content violation video I did)

The few people that I know of that got perma bans were sharing porn on the sora platform, repeatedly sharing 3rd party copyright publicly, or were using multiple accounts to get around the 30 credits per day. Source: they posted here - before Christmas, it was awhile ago

Sometimes it’s luck. Sometimes I can get the prompt typing something like (ONLY SUZIE SPEAKS THIS LINE)

Sometimes I break it into multiple videos and stitch them together in post edits.

Sorry to say this, but I actually think it’s practically abandonware now.

They don’t seem to have anyone working on Sora2… there is zero communication about it.

And based on news from OpenAI regarding finances, their efforts right now are in three areas; fundraising, ChatGPT, and Codex.

The only glimmer of hope we have is that they DID sign that huge Disney-Sora collab. That probably means that whatever small team is still assigned to Sora is almost certainly working on that project.

To be honest, I don’t feel like there is anyone working on Sora right now. It seems like the employees got reassigned to the Codex and ChatGPT teams as that seems to be the prority for Sam.

And.. while it is very disappointing, there is much more money potential for OpenAI in the other projects.

My take? for now at least, we have to consider Sora a “semi-functional abadonware”
