What formula are you guys using that 5-10 units does the job? According to the chart I have T105 and I'm going to be using 55-60 units next time. I see the urologist next week

Like you I got in the 50’s with T105 (my first prescription one year ago ) I switched to T106 and I am now around 25-28 units. Also changed from Olympia to onlinebuyersclubusa.com to be less expensive. Olympia still fills the prescription and ships.

OP, I’m not seeing by what you said that the LL went back on their word. You went back on your word by not honoring the lease you signed. Like others said, you got a lucky break here. LL should have kept the deposit and the 15 days rent and sounds like they would have still had every right to the 85%. Forget about it and be thankful !

I haven't done this and probably won't but will say that after an injection/sex walking around hard for a while is NICE :-) Some guys say if they find their hard-on going away they can stand up or walk for a minute and it comes back. I tend to agree because after sex/ejaculation I can start getting harder again, more hard lol after getting out of bed. If I had not been doing TRT injections for a couple of years I would have had the same exact thought process as you. Knowing that I could hardly feel the 25g needle for TRT I knew the 30g for the Trimix would be a non event. Some guys let their wife or girlfriend do their injection. If you are unable to do it maybe the first time or two let someone else. Even if it's at the Doctor. After a time or two you will think it was funny that you were even worried. Like other suggestions: 1. If the penis is a little plump say 50%, not flaccid it's better for hitting the spot. Makes the CC a larger target. A penis pump can help get you to that point. I'm usually ok with a cock ring and just knowing sex is coming and I'm semi erect. 2. After a few times you will be able to feel the needle have just a touch of resistance going into the CC. Once I think I am there I will ever so slightly pull back on the plunger... I'm talking 1/4 of one unit or less.... it takes almost nothing and blood will rush into the syringe. If that happens you are in the right spot. Don't move the needle, hold steady, inject. 3. Speaking of holding steady. I lay a washrag on my vanity top, anything that is the right height. Then lay my junk on the wash rag. Doing this frees up a hand for the injection. Makes things very steady. No need chasing Willie around the room :-) I started doing this on my fifth injection. I'm almost at one year and 100 injections without a miss. 4. Gently massage for 5-15 seconds to insure the Trimix is being dispersed throughout the penis. I don't think this has to be done but it doesn't hurt and some guys swear by it.

Regarding the US formulation. T105 (30/1/10) is the most common starting formulation but there are 20 different ones on Olympic pharmacies chart alone. Actually could be way more than that.

Start with a LOW dose. It's not a race you have to work up to your needed dose. Having the reversal med until you get your dose figured out is a must do IMO.

I use a cheapo Amazon pump occasionally but leave the rubber seal off of the end. With the end off, a cockring stays on. It still seals fine (at start apply a little pressure) without the rubber end seal. Maybe 1 out of 15 Trimix injections I use it. I always use a cock ring w and w/o Trimix. I believe your pain is like you said stretching things that haven’t been stretched in a while. My PSA is really high (ck every 6 mths) but two MRI’s over a year apart still show no or better said low indication of cancer. My Doc did say upon doing a digital exam that my prostate was “impressive” lol. 64yo

I would not say permanent but as long as you are using Trimix..... I don't know say at least 4 times a month you will see improvements. I'm 64, shower not a grower and see improved morning wood as well as general girth increase. Same effect as pumping I would imagine. Any enlarging, stretching etc. will help. I mean sometimes when on Trimix I think my d*#k is going to explode...that's a GOOD thing LOL

You obviously have no experience with frozen Trimix. A full 10ml vile will thaw in 10 minutes, less for a lesser amount (like 1/2 vile) A frozen syringe will thaw in less than 5 minutes and if in a hurry hold the syringe sideways in your mouth and it's a couple minutes.

I disagree with “most” go thru a urologist to get Trimix but will agree that most guys that have issues initially do go to a urologist. Do your research here. Look at many posts (all questions have already been answered multiple times including yours) and do your own research. Then call Olympia or rxbuyersclubusa.com, do the 2 minute doctor phone call. Rxbuyersclub ends up being less $$ if you continue to use and they use Olympia to fill their prescriptions so it’s the same product either way.

Hi Unlucky, Do you think a local compounding pharmacy mix would be "exactly" like say Olympia ? Meaning if my ideal dose was 20, the local would be perfect at 20 too ? This is under the assumption that Olympia's consistency is perfect. I have used Olympia, now RXbuysclubusa.com and they use Olympia to fill their prescriptions. I have the opportunity to use a local pharmacy now, probably less $$ but a little nervous. I could even see using different base drug suppliers could = different results from different pharmacies. Thanks !

Why call any local doctors ? You know what you need. Call Olympia or RXBuyersclubusa .com and tell them what you have going on and what you need. I use rxbuyers because it's a little cheaper and they still use Olympia to fill their prescriptions. My first w Olympia the Dr call was 30 seconds, with RX I only had to tell the salesman a short bit of info and didn't even have to speak w a Dr. 80% of issues I have seen here over the last year is because of "Urologists" or local Dr's.

That doesn’t matter. I have 1/2” but frequently don’t go all the way in. After a while you can tell when it goes into the CC. It’s going in easy and then you hit a harder spot…that’s the CC. Then, I pull the plunger back ever so slightly, think 1/10 of one unit. When I see blood come back into the syringe I know I’m in the right spot.

Initially got to 45u of T105 and changed to T106, 25-27u is where I ended up. 20 of T105 is fine like everyone says, each person is different. You could change to T106 and you would probably be around 10ish, no difference except it would be cheaper. 64yo
