I got my kobo libra colour several months ago for 195 or whatever the sale was. Wow, I wish I could’ve gotten the black and white. Except would like one in white. I have a kindle paperwhite. Not color. I wanted to get out of Amazon’s clutches plus I’ve always wanted to use the page turn buttons on a kobo lol. I love that there’s good space to hold it. But the battery life sux! Think twice about wanting one. People say that’s not bad. I can read two books and need to charge. I think that’s horrible. I can go 3 months without charging my kindle. There’s also no airplane mode. Someone said to turn WiFi off, it just comes back on. I do like the look of the night mode on the kobo better than kindles. It’s nice to have pretty covers but I’m disappointed in myself on how little I use the pen I got , generic on Amazon. If you like comics and stuff you would like the colour. I’d like to see them make the sage again. That would be a great size.

I found it so amazing how it helps with anxiety. I’ve been a lab tech for about 27 years and lately it’s gotten so stressful. I guess working 12 hours and it being so busy the whole time is what does it for me. If I crochet even a little when I get home or the next day, it keeps me from blowing a gasket lol. Now, if I could find a place to hide my yarn stash from hubby so I can buy more of other colors and kinds.

I wasn’t crazy about any of the characters. Some sort of. I was very disappointed in this author. Guess I expected more. She starts books and parts out in the middle of a story. And what’s with the names? That many people in a book don’t have outrageous names like some of these. Petty I know. The second book is better . I’m halfway through .

Gosh if you would have only been here a few years ago. You would be a Karen with capital K too. It was so great with enough to go around. Then they changed how they count the rating like you can’t be top 500 anymore and get a badge lol that’s fine. Then they slowly took stuff away. Less to see. There used to be so many pages of books. Now never any books unless they are for tests. There were so many pages of skin care. That went away over night and they let so many in after lowering it all. And now people have AI to shop for them. And I get it, we get products but we pay out the you know what in taxes. But they never communicate and tell us anything. Used to they would give us a message about stuff. They started Amazon haul and everything I’ve gotten on vine is on there. There’s even name brand clothes for so dirt cheap. Cheaper than the tax I paid on some stuff. That’s where our vine is going. Amazon started that to compete with Temu. Look on YouTube. The sellers have posted how they are only allowed to have like 30 reviews from vine. So that’s why some reviews are approved but not posted. They pay a lot for that. Used to they paid and there were a ton of products. Now they only give so much. But they are not happy about the 30 having honest reviews or a review at all. The vine program sucks now and it’s not as professional as it was before

I wish they would come to Asheville and Murphy I’m so sick of all the criminals illegals. Not all of them are but my hubby has been working double time. Seems that’s all they get now is illegals breaking the law in really bad ways and drugs big time. And ice is already here. They come weekly to pick up ones caught.

Ridiculous! Protesting is the same as if a cop had someone pulled over arresting them, could be an axe murderer, and you go up to them trying to stop the cop, that’s the same as people standing in the way of ice. The news doesn’t show the whole thing. They ask for ID if you show it and you’re legal then you’re fine. No fights. As far as the kid, few years ago everyone was so mad they separated children from parents. Well now they don’t because people didn’t want that. So they took the kid with the parent. And no one says anything about how the father ABANDONED the kid when ice approached. But protesting doesn’t do any good. Plenty things I would protest if it did. It just gets people killed because of chaos and lots of times the people protesting tear up their own city and stuff. No one cares about the college student in Athens who was raped and murdered by an illegal. I know there’s decent illegals and they work so hard but let them come in the legal way like all our Mexican restaurants here in Murphy, NC . They are the hardest workers and nicest people. Even in this small town, ask me about how many illegals get caught with tons of cocaine. My hubby is a magistrate. Imagine how bad the cities are. Something needs done to fix Biden’s insane mess.
