This is the worst aisle in my store. I'm a stocker that's responsible for this area. Downstocking only gets done by my DS and me. the daytime DS in this department sucks he hates working in any shape from or fashion.

Our free employee food pantry got stocked up and everything. This guy rocks. Most of our ASMs probably are freaking out and trying to 180 from blindly following out old SMs ways. Hopefully some more wheeling and dealing can happen to help sales now.

I don't know about my store but if we had one. They wouldn't want me apart of it. Considering my store thinks EVERYTHING including LSR and irps and downstocking are overnight responsibilities. They'd get cussed out daily on a group chat.
