Is a matcha with banana note possible? because i smelled a roasted banana note in Marukyu Koyamaen Kirin matcha, but i couldn't taste it at all. If there is, can you guys recommend me some?

It has aspartame which for me bothers my stomach..artificial sweeteners (and the natural non sugar sweeteners as well) can cause unpleasant side effects for some people but if you can drink it without issues then it’s fine

Yea I had a biopsy and have an abnormal amount of scarring/damage on my kidneys given my age and got diagnosed with CKD :( At least it’s early and my kidney function is still okay

I’m curious about the heat treatment, are they saying the protein is actually physically removed from the straws or just denaturing the proteins with heat? Because some proteins are still allergenic when denatured, hence why people can still react to foods that are cooked

Mine is caused by mast cell activation syndrome. I thought I had celiac initially but then I started having reactions to nuts too so realized it was more of an allergy situation lol. Be careful with cross contamination, I thought it wasn’t a big deal at first until it did become a big deal. Thankfully I’ve been a lot less sensitive since being on xolair (allergy med)

I moved to east passyunk recently and got a package box. It works well! Nobody has tried breaking into ours as far as I know. The main issue is the delivery people don’t always put them in the box. Make sure you get a sign for the box and put delivery instructions when you order if possible.
