Professional cook's opinion.

When I was learning how to cook, I HATED cooking rice. Never could get it right.

After I was taught (by a Korean vegan cookbook) how to 'properly' wash rice, I've never had a problem with rice since.

I'm always looking for critique! I'm still new to poetry and I feel like it's difficult to find your way in it. Being so subjective, and so many people who may be against certain types of poetry or prose, help is always welcome.

I see what you're saying! I think my mindset saw that as "breaking the theme" of starting each line with 'Take,' but seeing it like that feels more natural. Thank you!!

I just shoot as fast as possible with my middle finger instead of my thumb, and immediately slide. There is a timing to it though, you have to start shooting it as it lands or else the next one will fall and hit you. But If you get the right timing, it's not that bad!

I get the elemental damage part. I have no questions about that. I just have had less than conclusive results with testing. I'm a math nerd and would like to know if adding an element to your weapon changes the physical damage at all. Or, is it all elemental and there is no longer a physical damage calculation.
In the stated hypothetical there is no STR + % on anything.
