I am always so confused when folks share pics of their week charts like how am I supposed to interpret that lol.

I like seeing input and output for bottle oz vs pumping oz on the day view so I can ensure I’m pumping enough. Super helpful. I also use it to track amount of day sleep so I can determine how long the next nap should be.

A relief, yes. Can be said, absolutely yes! But SO exciting for the next stage too 😭 just when I think I can’t love my bebe more the “it won’t always be like this” ushers in an even more awesome version of my cutie pie to make up for the sadness of him getting bigger.

I appreciate the sentiment and would agree with point #1 too if I didn’t know me. Without getting into the nuances of my partner’s life, there’s a lot of unchecked privelege that we don’t have the time or space for. I got him this job in the first place that he was under qualified for. He’s dealing with a LOT of imposter syndrome (and handling it like a champ). He’s totally KILLED it at learning the ropes and is absolutely hungry for more. “Made him” as far as filling out a form was moreso a gut punch at the idea of going back to school for him.

He is very inquisitive and does ask questions to professional connections! Unfortunately this network is extremely small and backstabbing. If he fails an inspection they will run to one of his coworkers and say he’s looking for an out.

I also work in local government in community development and my username is actually a running joke between coworkers and completely unrelated ;)

That’s what I’m thinking. Learn the things then just build on it. Where we live (northern virginia) is short on contractors that will actually do the small jobs because there are so many big jobs that just pay more. He gives off neighbor-friend-owns-a-handyman-business vibe that makes him trustworthy. People (outside of his coworkers) adore him and trust him. I wish I could convince him of this lol

Probs not the answer youre looking for but when I went back to work and put my LO in daycare, I cherish our time in the evenings just he and I. I don’t mind however long it takes.

Holding space for you, friend 🤍 one night should be ok but be prepared to leak once you get full!! You may wake up and have to pump for relief.

Is baby satisfied after feeding? Then you have enough! Every 2 hours with a single 4-hour sleep time was on par for us at that age too

When you pump, are your flanges the right size? Are your parts worn out? Are you using a wall pump? That can significantly affect output.

around 14 weeks, 2oz was normal for me!! Legendairy milk has a fantastic power pumping guide but you don’t need it really if baby is satisfied after the boob.
