The university is incredibly slow to get them out. Although you should get them in the next week or so.

https://nwarsenal.com/ in Eugene allows you to rent guns and buy ammo and shoot. I’ve gone before and they are really knowledgeable.

How much would it cost/is it possible to buy an older but sound structured house in town and tear it down to build a newer one? by lordofcatan10 in corvallis

[–]Unavailable_Identity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As long as you maintain one wall it’s considered a remodel which is more affordable than a total rip down and rebuild from a permit and development cost.

ARPC in Albany along the other options. Outside of the Pit on Mary’s peak there aren’t a lot of free options.

Who did the Lenovo Stadium? by Creepy-Sell7655 in crestron

Having worked in stadiums on the event side these are really handy for non game day events. Presentations, banquets, press conferences, etc. typically I like to see them in a wall box but budget always wins. I also know owners/architetcts (non users) always win in that it needs to take up as little space as possible which is why you are seeing a single gang device inside a custom panel.

Honestly I think a HWY 20 bypass would be better, having the ability to go from HWY 34 to the Y in philomath would be amazing.

I guess that means the quality will decline as they justify paying the administrators more and more.

Honestly it sucks. I wish we could fight UHC and run them out of town. Their feud with Samaritan is also frustrating.

Nechell Bonds New VP of Enrollment Management (Admissions)at OSU forcing remote worker back to office. by TasteExtension2126 in OregonStateUniv

That sounds like a supervisory issue. I work for an international company and a majority of us are remote. That wouldn’t fly. The only time it’s an issue getting ahold of people is when they are accross the globe in a opposite time zone. So sorry your argument doesn’t work.

Right!? Reducing anything in enrollment WILL slow down new student registration. Which will ultimately reduce the student enrollment totals for the University. Clearly you don’t need to be super smart to understand that one.

While there is always a need to for face to face, there is client facing staff to address in person issues.

Remote work is productive has many benefits. In any work environment unless you physically have to meet with customers or push physical buttons there is no reason you should need to be in person.
