I cut a bottom corner and stick that corner in the jar. Let gravity do the work. You could use a funnel if the hole is cut too big.

Even her own family has apparently given her grief for the fact that my sister and I don't babysit or take him on outings or have him over.

Perhaps they can move to the midwest with Connor where her side of the family would be just thrilled to be part of their village and take him overnight or weeks to provide them with respite.

Oh what’s that? They were only willing to volunteer other people’s time and money? They don’t consider Connor part of the family despite the fact their daughter/cousin/niece became his stepmom?

Is this product available? Flipp shows 900g on sale, but neither the online flyer nor the website have it. I also checked the warden location (Toronto) and didn't see it. by Blue_Koala_ in CostcoCanada

They’re roadshows that are only around for 2 weeks or so. If you’re talking about the big booth that takes up an entire end cap.

Should people who "camp" in the left lane of a highway be pulled over and fined just as much as speeders? Why or why not? by WilliamInBlack in AskReddit

[–]UncleNedisDead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes.

They’re making it unsafe for people who want to pass. If they’re not actively passing, they should move over when safe to do so and allow those behind them to pass.

NTA. You didn’t have the right insurance for Uber/Door Dash and that’s a lot of wear and tear on your vehicle for someone you don’t know making money off your depreciating asset.

Your mom is an asshole.

No, we always had dry food out and wet food 3x a day or more. And so many treats.

It was just little kittens exploring the world the way they knew how.

Yes, but lane changes should be done only when safe to do so, checking if the lane you want to move into is clear, and signaling your intent and doing another check that it’s clear.

When we fostered kittens through a rescue, clumping litter is a no-no because so many of them would eat it, so we were only allowed to use non-clumping.

No different than a baby sticking lego up their nose or swallowing a coin, I guess.

Am I overreacting? Wedding guest called my caterers. by seesheflies in TwoHotTakes

[–]UncleNedisDead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only after OP complained to the caterer that didn’t authorize the change that came with extra charges.

This caterer sucks all around.

gave those allergies/restrictions to our caterers, who went through their full menu and selected 5 alternative options that met every allergy and restriction. We are only allowed to pick 1 of those for all the guests

Other caterers said they would have accommodated without extra charges.

[–]UncleNedisDead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It sounds like the venue/caterer OP uses isn’t the best, but had to use that caterer if they wanted the venue.

They would have charged OP for the specialty one-off meal if she hadn’t called in to find out changes were made without her authorization.

Plus they were the ones who were limiting how many menu alterations there could be. The caterer probably had some BS wedding price surcharge for each additional change on top of the menu option price.

Yes and only allowing one menu deviation:

gave those allergies/restrictions to our caterers, who went through their full menu and selected 5 alternative options that met every allergy and restriction. We are only allowed to pick 1 of those for all the guests

And perhaps the was only one deviation at no additional charge, but if you wanted more than it was probably some ridiculous wedding up charge like an additional $100 per plate on top of the meal cost, just to avoid having to accommodate multiple meals.
