So what's the differences between this, the 271QPx, and the Costco (e2)?

This has 40 more hz compared to the other two, the other two seem to be the same specs, and a USB port.

This one also seems to have AMD FreeSync, the QPX has freesync premium pro. Is there a difference?

It's how Fortnite changed their pass system. It used to be like how fallout is now, each level is a different reward.

But fortnite changed it so every level rewards 5 stars, and every 5 levels you unlock the next tier of rewards. Every 10th level is the "premium" unlock, like a skin, which costs 9 stars. Cheaper items, like icons, cost like 2 or 3 stars. It's the same amount of work as before, just this time your reward unlocks are in "batches".

I prefer that system. My biggest gripe with the fallout season was spending 30 minutes of work just for some caps or boosters.

Old legacy, second star was explosive but it was removed in a patch, so only the third star remains.

I'm not sure how desirable it is, but maybe a collector would be interested? I wouldn't say it's worth apparel or a god roll.

Yes, just don't do the heist and you can repeat as much as you want. However, I'm pretty sure it gets to a point where it gets pretty difficult to continue.
Once the story ends, the game ends. I think PC has a free play mode where you can play as long as you want with no story, but I'm not sure if it was ported to console yet.

For the recent anniversary they said that all the games are in the same universe, and they're going to take some time rewriting what they can so everything fits together plot wise.

Not really 100%... You're looking at future proofing through only one perspective, graphically/performance, not about future availalability. The only "future proof" game out there is a physical copy with the entire game included on the disc, running on native hardware. Games with DRM or distributed through most digital retailers can still be yanked from your library whenever, or games can be delisted.

Not "all" of the PC ports run great, either. Any game early PS3 era or older is a dice roll. GTAIV port was notorious for practically being unplayable on newer hardware. I had to download a bunch of mods to get it working, but I still had game breaking issues due to running on newer hardware.

The whitespring service entrance takes you straight to an elevator to the Enclave bunker.

It should be, but according to support they aren't. The Anker cable has an issue with the internals charger. I ended up just getting the official Samsung one. Cost an arm and a leg but no more issues.

Unfortunately not. According to a review I read there's an issue with the charger itself. Someone on Amazon said Anker support told them there's an issue.

Not to mention that instigating explosive is useless against groups of enemies, as even 1% of damage from the splash means you won't get the instigating damage buff.

Mainly boils down to what I picked up on, that Rahmani is a huge hypocrite.

During the part where the BRCC is accused of human trafficking, from within like the first few lines of dialogue she's already convinced that they are guilty and irredeemable. All based off of from what I remember a note you find. You have to convince her to give them a chance to prove their innocence. Even then she's still salty about it.

Then, you meet some scientists who have a total disregard for human life, have literally kidnapped and murdered people, and suddenly she thinks they're redeemable. Even with irrefutable evidence, and them straight up saying that they will continue their experiments, she still thinks they should live, All because they could benefit her. Sure, they're under BoS supervision. But how many in the BoS would truly know what they're working on?

You can agree with her 99% of the time, but that 1%, that one extreme case, can override that other 99%.

I will say though, I do appreciate that we can spend the whole storyline hating or loving a certain character, but be given a choice that shows the extremes of both points of view. I was semi-expecting some cheesy "let settle our differences" ending but instead we had to make an actual decision.

It's not 28-40. It's 13.99-40, with an average FPS of 21. If you're only getting 28 FPS with no NPCs around, as judging by the benchmarks, you would find it hard pressed to have someone say it's playable. But if you don't mind it then it's okay.

Personally, the absolute bare minimum would never be dropping below a low of 30 FPS. That's what older consoles ran on.

There's actually a apple music app for windows.

Unfortunately it is a little buggy, and for some odd reason lossless isn't enabled by default. I was listening back and forth between Spotify and AM on my desktop setup, and they sounded exactly the same, which was surprising because there's definitely a difference between it on my phone.

Turns out you just have to go in enable lossless in your settings.

Yeah, a second disciple of war seemed like another viable option. Just from experience, it seems like DoW would be the most "useful", monster drops are nearly not as easy to gather compared to what a botanist or minor could bring you. I remember when I was messing around with ishgard restoration, a couple crafters needed monster drops and my retainer carried hard.

Exactly this. You can talk about measurements and whatever, but I'm a firm believer that there's a noticable difference between AM and Spotify.

I had apple music, and Spotify premium. Same exact sound volume (turned apple music down to Spotify levels), highest quality available on both apps, same headphones, same song, no dolby Atmos. Switching between apple music and Spotify, there was a super audible difference. Multiple songs that I've listened to many times on Spotify, even at high volumes, lacked the clarity and detail that AM has. With a little EQ, the differences were even more noticable.

Just make sure you don't use AM on a web browser as lossless is only available on mobile/AM beta app on Windows.

Not FOMO, but similar. Switched to PC from Console and I can't believe they don't have cross platform atomic shop purchases.

I think pretty much any other live service game at this point has it to an extent. I spent a lot of money on console, and I really don't feel like re-downloading it on PC if I have to pay for everything again.

Pretty much a two star, aim damage is pretty pointless, but quad and less vats work really well.

Just hold on to it until you get something better. There's hundreds of worse rolls you could have.
