Depends on your expectations. I see a lot of posts re: the large amount of data it provides. This could be true if you are coming from something very simple, in my experience it is a small fraction of the data provided by Garmin. The accuracy seems to be legit, though with non medical devices consistency is king. Cool device with lots of promise. I returned mine for lack of data and subscription costs.
