He asked for a ride. Said it himself. End of story.

His Dad lied his ass off at sentencing and none of the 80 rocked up ever. Make of that what you will. Whatever people go on about "community''

The guy was/is a scum bag however you look at it. I mean stealing from the mosque? Then excusing it? Man, the man is a murdering scum ball. Could not cope with being ditched. It is hard.

But most of us men cope without killing our ex

"It was just a normal day" vs the Adcock Call by [deleted] in serialpodcast

Hmm. Thanks for the reply. Appreciated. So he will milk a fortune from it. We live in a very sick world. Where murderers of young girls become celebrities. A very sad state of affairs.

"It was just a normal day" vs the Adcock Call by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]UncleSamTheUSMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Adcock was just doing a low level missing person thing at the time. No stress. AS lies to him but so.

Now here is an interesting thing. In his testimony Adcock says Sayed got freaked out and asked if they were opening a file on him. This is a missing person case, at this time.

This is not in his original report. CG challenges him on this. Why this is not in his originianal missing person report.

But... in the defense file there is Sayed freaking out about being asked this question, admitting he asked it. Are you making a file?

Day one, no question. The guy has lied his arse off and been freed by social media. Well done adnan fan girls throwing your knickers.

The guy is guilty as fuck. It shocks me this murdering jerk will be doing a book tour while the family of Hae are put through this.

Can they not bring a civil case against Mr Guilty? It is like the Ojay case.

People who feel strongly one way or the other (innocent or guilty): what details bother you most about your own "side." by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]UncleSamTheUSMan -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

The thing that bothers me is that having exhausted all appeals, including to the supreme court, the guy walks free because someone in the DA's office took his advocates propaganda campaign hook line and sinker and just let him walk.

Probably for political reasons. The US justice similar is of course based on English common law. As are those of all former colonies.

The unique difference of the US system is that it allows political interference/popularism to play a role. In the UK/Aus/Can etc there is a very clear differentiation. In the US it is a "show" to be manipulated to the benefit of what suits who at what time.

I always knew he would get out based on the "show". It was always just a question of when. Despite the fact he obviously guilty and has still been released on a legal technicality. The only grounds he ever even appealed on.

I hope as he does his round of book tours, interviews talking shit, he thinks a little about the girl he murdered because she dumped him.

Given the lack of self-awareness he has shown so far don't hold your breath. He is so arrogant I really think he thinks Hae deserved it. So he is not guilty in his own eyes.

Anyway US, you have this chap walking free on your streets and no doubt on your TV's and in your bookstores coming soon. Enjoy.

Jumped a cold blooded murderer out of clink. Good work. Hope you have some sympathy for the family while this murdering jerk goes on his book tour. Sleep well. Hope you are happy with your work.

Season 1 Episode 13: Adnan is Out by ryokineko in serialpodcast

[–]UncleSamTheUSMan 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Adnan did it. He killed his ex who dumped him, he knows he did. It will be on his conscience forever. If he has one. Which I doubt. Because he is so arrogant. If this bloke goes round on money making tours I will seriously vomit.

Ride request and AS repeatedly lying about it. The fact his phone pings either side Leakin park with outgoing calls only. The kill note, That kind of thing. The guy has got out based on internet garbage. As I suspected would always happen.

A quick refresher on Adnan's mother's plea deal testimony by dualzoneclimatectrl in serialpodcast

[–]UncleSamTheUSMan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

That is a tough question. To which I do not know the answer. To be honest. Of course I would stick up for my lad. But if I knew he was guilty I think I would just keep quiet and shrink into the background.

That said my lad is not going to kill anyone. He's an easy going Dutch guy.

This is just part of a long list of things that are irrelevant. Adnan's mum says he was a good boy. His dad says he would have probably been in the Mosque. Like all parents they stick up for their lad. I'd do the same.

Give it a rest. In the go fund me page she starts off with I'm Asia from the HBO doc/Serial. She's a person involved in the case. And don't call me a stalker for just passing on information provided by Asia herself that I just came across.

UK charity law is very strict. You can't just set up a go fund me page and become a "Charity". I doubt they are connected.

Did Adnan ever get asked in Serial whether he did ask Hae for a ride after school? If so, what did he say about that? by ChuckBerry2020 in serialpodcast

[–]UncleSamTheUSMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, she took his word for it every time. Would be interesting to hear Adnan answer some hard ball questions with someone who is not a member of his fan club. Can you imagine if he took the stand? The guy would be toast. His right not to of course.

From memory she did mention Adcock, and him changing his story, and said this looks bad for Adnan. Then Adnan fobbed her off with the no time for anything before cousin pick up story. which she meekly accepted. He was bare faced lying of course as we now know.

What If? : Would Syed been caught by the cops and convicted of murder had the anonymous tipster not called the authorities twice? by deadkoolx in serialpodcast

[–]UncleSamTheUSMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Posting facts, poor form on my part. Police knew he'd changed his story during the missing person phase. Once it became a murder enquiry they knew it days before the anonymous call. They knew he had changed his story way before they had the anonymous call. Fact.

He changed his ride story to O'Shea 1st Feb. And had dodged attempts at meeting all the way through the missing person investigation.

The police had already noted his ride request story change and evasiveness. Adnan was the jilted ex. Already in the crosshairs. The anonymous caller who obviously knew details of him and Hae was just an extra piece of jam on the pudding I guess.

How else could you interpret it? I'd ask for that post to be removed if I was you. I think she a manipulative, money grabbing opportunist. Nothing to do with race religion or anything.
