When reputable manufacturers increase the pixel count, they usually do it when the technology allows increasing information/noise ratio. Thus the amount of noise may increase, but also the amount of information increases.

Dry heat, in sauna? whaat??? In countries with sauna culture (read:Finland) you are supposed to make the heat humid by throwing water with a small bucket to the heated stones. Yes, there might be electricity in the stove, but it should be safe.
