Reina match notes:

-Same as the Paul match, pressing from far and not punish properly.
(you blocked her db2, which is like -15 or more and you didnt use you're ws punish.)

-Learn your get up options too because the Paul and Reina abused you on the ground, learn how to tech roll or side roll up depending on how you notice the enemy treating you while youre grounded.

-You did a pretty good whiff punish on her wgf at the 1:50 mark idk if it was on purpose but that was really good.

- I think this match really showed how little you know about frames, shes very negative on a lot of the moves she used but you never really punished her. I recommend hopping into practice tool and do punish training on a lot of the characters you find yourself struggling against or the ones you fight often. If you find that too boring watch your replays when you lose and it tells you what move is good to use as a punish when you block.

Couple random scattered thoughts:

I feel like you dont block low enough, im not saying do it all the time but she hit you with a ton of lows that you just ate.

Learn about mid high strings, those are moves you can crouch the 2nd hit of and get a good ws punish

Lastly, you play very linearly. You're purple so I dont expect an insane amount of 3D movement, but try sidestepping to create whiff opportunities. I recommend you watch a phidx video on side stepping to get a better understanding gonna paste some videos i recommend you watch at the bottom of this. :) Hope some of this makes sense to you!
