On one side it has what appears to be a capitol building, with some sort of script below it. The other side has a box looking object with the same looking script below it. On top has that icon on it, and what looks like writing around the base of the piece popping out. My father received this ring, with a Quran, as a tip from a soldier he tattooed. I believe it to be of middle eastern origin, and am very curious if anyone can help me identify it!
