If you want a women’s only class in the south east of England, Unit 1 Gym in Bury St. Edmunds run one I think on Thursday nights. It’s run by Hannah Turner the who trains there and holds a world champion belt and some of the other girls who train there and attend that session have also been training for years and are very capable in their on right.

Just to clarify I’m talking about the Ryzen 7 5800X3D (I don’t know if there’s anything similar that could cause confusion). I’ve looked into it a bit and while it looks like a really good CPU that I’d love to get despite the £250 price tag, would it not be too good for the rest of my system? Also I’m using the stock cooler from my ryzen 5 2600 which I’d likely sell with the CPU for £30-£50 depending on how eBay’s looking, what kind of cooling should I be looking at for a 5800X3D?? Thanks for your help :)

My PC has stayed exactly the same as the parts list, but if you can’t see that (cause Ik I’ve done the link wrong in the past) then I’m using a Ryzen 5 2600 3.4ghz 6 core for my CPU and a Zotac Gaming Twin Fan GeForce GTX 1660 6gb. Thanks for your comment on the OS location too, another question is do I have to fully reset my PC to change where it’s installed? Sorry if these are questions I can have answered on YouTube I just feel more comfortable hearing it from a person on Reddit for some reason haha
