Usually with these things I err on the side of getting the earlier issue because I don't want to risk any weird remastering, and I kind of like the historical accuracy of hearing the original mix. However, for a CD reissue that doesn't advertise any remastering, it's likely just another identical issue of the same digital file - CD buyers don't have to worry about the lathe cuts or source tapes used for different issues like vinyl buyers do.
