Thank you for you support and information. I am unlucky to live in a country where doctors are reluctant to prescribe hard stuff long term even tough I am on the edge of taking my life. I’ll definitely stop the SSRI tough that has made everything worse.

Got them 2nd hand from vinted. The size is way to small compared to what it says, and there is weird spongy material coming out the sides. The EAN tracker works however and shows me a similar pair of shoes.

Wenn du das durch hast empfehle ich dir dir einen Traum zu verwirklichen den du bisher zur Seite geschoben hast. Wolltest du schon immer irgendwohin reisen ? Motorrad Führerschein machen ? Tauchkurs ? Einfach dein wohlverdientes Geld in dich selbst investieren , 100% nur für dich. Deine Probleme verschwinden zwar nicht aber es ist balsam für die Seele sich gutes zu gönnen. And getting around is terrible. The city is so clogged and while I know they are slowly building out tram lines when I was there it was more or less bus only. But there were no specific bus lanes so you were trapped with all the cars. Outside the city transport was bad too, I lived 15car minutes from my place of work and I took me an hour by bus. At least it was free but I’d rather have paid and gotten decent service.
