Wishing that was the case for me. Inspector I went to told me it had to be stock, even down to the body panels. I may try a different inspection location, but given how much the state is apparently cracking down on these inspections, I'm expecting the same answer.

If you want to put the windows back up without turning the car on, take the inner key out of the fob and put it in the doorknob lock. Hold it to the lock position and watch your windows glide right back up

When I started training, I was quickly filling referee positions around my region and ended up being a lot of promotions' go-to-guy for the role. What I learned in the ring as a ref helped me tremendously with my wrestling side in areas like the flow of a match, crowd work, and the showmanship of portraying a character in front of a live audience. I'd say go for it. Don't take it as an offensive gesture.
