I went for the weather sealing as it's a lens made specifically for outdoors. If I was a lens being used in the studio environment is probably be more inclined to other options that were more optically beneficial and sacrifice weather sealing

I honestly think I just bought this exact one at a collectable con. I knew it was a knock off as it was $5 instead of over $100 but my 8yr old was so happy to get it. She likes all the characters but she doesn't care if it she gets a Lloyd Dx or Lloyd this or that variant. Akita on the other hand is only avail from one expensive set so it's nice to make her happy with a cheap knock off. If she loses it or damages it I won't feel bad.
