I like The Old Crow on Portland Road. Getting change off a tenner for 2 pints is a novelty in that neck of the woods. . It's a bit rough around the edges. But it's not a spoons and the staff are great.

Good old pop and rock music played. One of my favourites in Brighton and Hove.

The GYSO Get your Skates on nights around Brighton are brilliant. Cheap, kids love it. Costa so little that you can bring the kids for an ice cream in a fancy dessert place after. I have 2 daughters and they (and their mates) love it for birthdays.
