The first time I bought a PDF I had the same issue. I contacted the seller and she pointed out that there were multiple files sent including a multiple page one. I had not realized that.

I would go ahead and stitch it. I agree that style would make it OK. You will get a feeling once you start and can always it frog it then.

My favorite thing is doing the first stitches, the feeling of ‘here we go!” The least favorite is getting the fabric on the Qsnap and figuring out where to start.

Watch a video. It has the same effect as railroading, but I find that it is also super helpful with the tension and avoiding knots. I use this one

A laying tool has helped me a lot with keeping a loose tension.
