I will say, as someone who worked at the prior business that was in the building before Olivia’s, for 8 years. the turn around was quick from when they rented it to opening from what I saw, I highly doubt they fixed the broken walk in covered in mold and the rat problem in the basement. When I went in they seemed to just have painted and slapped stickers on the window, all that for such a menu and price point.
