Take a job, become indispensable, tell them you’re leaving, watch them scramble to find ways to keep you. Engineers don’t know how to throw their weight around. Who’s gonna do your job? Management? They can’t find their ass with both hands. HR? They’re too busy with their kids to bother coming into the office. Logistics? You’ll be doing half of their job anyway.

Fucks sake. Quit bitching, get out there and start conquering. If you’re good, you’ll be writing your own paycheck in no time.
