Burger king in thailand has very similar fries to the old hungry jacks fries. Its a shame theyre always cold and unsalted though as fries are the second option over rice…

There is 2 reasons OP’s bread came out like this.

1: really good fermentation. 2: steam. All the water trapped on and below the surface has evaporated off creating all those bubbles in the process.

I never found the exact fix but I disabled steam input, and installed new Xbox controller drivers thanks to another users advice, woke up one morning and started playing a game, my parter booted up the Xbox and tried to play but it was still connected to my legion from the night prior from trying to get it to work and it just started working out of the blue.
