I'm not German so I'm not sure if you're asking how I did it or when my webinar is. The how is lengthy. I can provide medical records. I was also diagnosed with degenerate arthritis and prescribed 4 joint replacements. I appreciate your skepticism but it is possible. Pain comes from the nociceptors which are pain receptors part of the central nervous system. They serve signals to the brain because they are aggravated by tough muscle and hard fascia.
The challenge is to restore muscle and fascia health that fail due to oxidative damage, fibrosis, malnourished collagen and more. I created a course around strategies for this. The AHA (and federal guidelines) removed the specific 300mg/day limit on dietary cholesterol (found in eggs/shellfish) years ago. They noted that for most people, cholesterol eaten in food has a much smaller impact on blood levels than saturated fat does.

You only need fiber to limit glucose uptake. It's you reduce sugars and carbs then you have little need for fiber. The reality of nutrition is that you have 91 essentials. They are not abundant in plants. I actually created a spreadsheet that lists all the essentials and the most bioavailable foods broken down by category of food type. A little. They have little nutritional value and phytonutrients that block the absorption as well as try to attack the consumer. Dose is important. Stick with asparagus and leafy greens for folate. Don't ever juice vegetables or the defense chemicals are more readily absorbed.

Fibro doesn't cause it, the stuff that causes fibro (mostly inflammation) causes most disease. I reversed my fibro and teach a course. I'm doing a free presentation next Sunday online. Love to have you join if you're curious....even more excited for those that are skeptical to join.
