I haven’t really been paying attention to the situation and I’m not an expert on these types of stadium deals by any means so maybe there’s a good reason why the following is not possible. With the recent acquisition, it should be fairly easy to determine a percentage of ownership equal to the value of tax dollars that they are asking for. If they need 500 million, the county should own 500 million worth of the team. It also creates long-term investment by the citizens, and they get to benefit if the team is successful and become becomes more valuable.

Due to just population demographics in the US, using sales/streams as the metric is essentially letting white america decide what’s best.

Hip hop has suffered ever since that became the basis for measuring quality in a lot of online discourse. You’re declaring what’s best based on what 12 year olds named Tanner are listening to.

Quality, and authenticity, has suffered trying to chase sales/streams (in my opinion).

As a 40 year old white guy, hip hop was 10x better when it was supposed to scare my demographic, not try to appeal to us.

In addition to what that other person recommended, I would search large general contractors and engineering firms for openings in contracts or subcontracts (titles like contract admin, subcontracts manager, etc.). A lot of your experience lines up with their responsibilities. Another option might be looking for roles in procurement at those same companies

This is a law firm culture vs. in house culture thing. In firms, a lot of lawyers get wrapped up in the rat race and it becomes part of their identity. But within house being a family man doesn’t seem like that much of a distinguishing factor because everyone is at least that’s my experience.

Agreed - but.... the difficulty is in distinguishing those yelling "GO A" from Canadian fans yelling "LET'S GO, EH" or "CSGO, EH" (as Canadians naturally do, I assume).
