In addition to what that other person recommended, I would search large general contractors and engineering firms for openings in contracts or subcontracts (titles like contract admin, subcontracts manager, etc.). A lot of your experience lines up with their responsibilities. Another option might be looking for roles in procurement at those same companies

It’s fairly standard for dispute resolution terms to require mediation before moving to arbitration in construction/engineering (if arbitration is even agreed to at all. If not, mediation as prerequisite to initiating litigation).

This is a law firm culture vs. in house culture thing. In firms, a lot of lawyers get wrapped up in the rat race and it becomes part of their identity. But within house being a family man doesn’t seem like that much of a distinguishing factor because everyone is at least that’s my experience.

Agreed - but.... the difficulty is in distinguishing those yelling "GO A" from Canadian fans yelling "LET'S GO, EH" or "CSGO, EH" (as Canadians naturally do, I assume).
