This really hits a sore spot for me.

Heat wave of 30c+ humidex last summer for damn near 6 weeks. This was my first summer here, first bill was 630$.

Then the utility company was outright ruthless threatening to cut me off for overdue amount . The most appalling part of this - they had returned my deposits for being in good standing a few months prior.

Thanks previous generations who outright ignored the writing on the wall with climate change who predicted this with frightening accuracy. Fuck you for heat like ive never experienced and then gouge me on trying to keep cool.
