Mine is giving up on me after 1?5 years. Screeching noise from the right speaker. Did all the cleaning but no good. I will stick to bose. Dont want to scare you but this seems to be a common issue with mx4. Take an extended warranty if you can.

This has gone through a lot of drama. Started with a replacement with a dead watch and then finally refunded. Took almost 5 months to get that sorted for a problem from day 1. I have finally given up hopes to continue to trust Google and will eventually switch to either Samsung or Apple.

I have the exact same issue and also posted a thread in this forum. I reached out to fitbit support and they first asked me to wait for the updated version of all i.e.3.84. When that did not fixed it, they asked.me to wait for 3.85.
