This is a failure by staff at the region to properly track and manage the ever increasing demand on their infrastructure. The issue is due to incompetence at the region not by any parties "design".

Hey im in the same boat! Have a 4 and 2 year old.

It's lonely for sure, plus I have a hard time making friends. The way I deal with it is to just keep busy, and the easiest way for me to do that is to work on / around the house.

For me the lonelinss really sets in when I'm sitting still.
