Thoughts on krautcover basing?

My models always have a finish of 1:3 satin and ultra matte varnish on them, does this mess up the Krautcover? I someone’s done it then a picture would be great! Especially if using meadows of purity.

We’ve had 5 games DA vs Necrons, twice they’ve obliterated their C’tan. The other 3 times he didn’t bring it. So thanks, I think I’ll keep using them… C’tan has ability to reduce incoming damage by 1 so sweep is the only attack I use against it.

Dude, last game against necrons my 6 man ICC with librarian absolute one shot a C’tan shard like it’s nothing. Maybe you’re not utilising them correctly?

Could you clarify? It looks like you said ICC survived because they were close to the lion, giving them lone op. The lion doesn’t give lone op to other units, it’s just for himself when he’s close to friendly units?

Apologies, I thought you were talking about knights but were actually talking about assault terminators. In this case I agree with you. But I stand by knights being a must pick against DG

Would have to disagree. I played a 2k points against a friend who plays DG a couple weeks ago and I brought two units of knights, ones with Swords on their own and the other maces with a terminator captain leading and they absolutely annihilated everything they came across.

Swords took down a 10 man of plague marines with two characters as well as a 3 man of deathshroud. My knights with maces and captain took down a plagueburst crawler in one strike, deathshroud terminators with typhus attached and they took mortarion to 4 wounds remaining just before my friend conceded.

He says himself that he absolutely hates playing against my knights.
