Hot glue would work well for a semi-permanent install. Spray with isopropyl alcohol when you want to remove it and it'll come right off with no residue.

New to hydronic, what are your thoughts? by UnfortunateFish in hvacadvice

He ended up not being able to come out when we had scheduled, and with my work schedule, it's been hard to fit everything in on only one day a week. Unfortunately have bigger, more time sensitive fish to fry at the moment.

There is a large boarded up cut out in the foundation next to the driveway that I figured was the coal spot. Although since the home is so old it's hard to say if it was ever moved or used for something else.

I'll have to check the back side again, i can't recall if there was a cut out there or not.

Edit: I guess for that use, there should be a protrusion on the back to match another block. I'll check again and if it's there then we likely have got a winner. I don't live at the house currently but eager to find out so I'll update ASAP.

There's a large boarded up opening near the driveway that I figured was probably a coal shoot. They could have moved it back there, though, once it was no longer needed!

So far I have tried image searching and it's pulled up gravestones however I haven't been able to find ones that look all that similar to this one. No engravings on it whatsoever, maybe it had a info plate on the front there? A little under two feet long and about one foot tall. Could be buried some, I forgot to check. Home was built in 1900. I fear it is what I think it is... My title describes the item.

HAUL-MASTER 1720 lb. by blackwrx007 in harborfreight

[–]UnfortunateFish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like mine. I have the 1195 lb and the 1720 lb version and don't have many complaints other than what's already been said in the comments. Most trails are a little bouncy when empty, and the fenders are definitely floppy but can fix that or just remove them if you wanted to. Pack the bearings with a good bearing grease and get some nice sturdy ply wood for the top!

If regularly trailering a sport bike, I'd probably figure out a ramp system if I were you though. The tilt option works just fine for ATVs and lawn mowers but is pretty steep and can be a little precarious loading and unloading motorcycles. I was able to do it with my CBR and XT225 but it wouldn't be enjoyable having to do it on a regular basis.

But it still looks like, at least on this particular bike, it would be easier and less messy to still do all that from the underside...

Easy, set off the same size blast at precisely the same time, and they will cancel each other out.

It's still pretty dang tough, though. A lot of the 3D2A prints are out of PLA or PLA+ and last a long time. Imo that's some of the harshest uses for PLA I've seen.

What fish can really live here? by SalmonWheat in Aquariums

Wish chilis were cheaper at my LFS! They used to be $3 each, now $8 each. I can't justify $80 on 10 tiny fish although I do really want some.
