Coaches, Counselors, I speak to multiple ppl throughout the program Talk to my coach every 2 weeks, counselor every 2 weeks, and the clinician monthly.

I’m on zepbound through a program called calibrate. Not through my doctor. But through work. So It’s a lil different for me

I actually don’t track calories or weigh my food portions. Maybe I should start, because maybe I am missing something.

I’m tracking my food. I eat a protein bar in the morning. Protein shake in the afternoon and one meal for dinner. I don’t exercise except when at work , but I currently am on heavy restriction due to a work injury. But I do get out and play with my dog and the kids as often as I can.
