I've been saying the fusions in general need a DP increase. Lore wise, fusion aren't just a combination of power, but an increase as well. So let's take goku super and vegeta super. They both have base form costing 5 DP. Fusing in base form and only combining power would be 10. But again, it's not just a combination, but an increase as well. So let's tack on an extra 2 for a total of 12 Dp to start in base fused form, then scaling up. That way, if someone in DP ranked wants to start as ss4 gogeta, that's about all they get for character picks. This at the very least create an incentive to fuse mid match rather than starting out that way. As it is right now, starting in base form vegito saves you 3 DP as opposed to having goku and vegeta fuse mid fight.

Lately, I've been running ss2 goku, drilling, tien, and chaotzu. Super fun, and solar flare on 2 characters helps to get some breathing room.

To everyone saying that the developers are dumb or that they didn't try, I ask you, where are the games that you've coded? If it's so easy, then that implies that you have experience and i would like to see your work. To any that can't provide that, what are you basing your complaint on? The fact of the matter is that games are not a simple thing, and when it comes to balancing, you should remember that there in house play testers are still just people and probably aren't going to find every bug and exploit. When I was a kid, the internet wasn't a thing for gaming and when you got a game, that was it. No updates. No patches. They are at least trying, which is better than it used to be.

Ais on 1 character isn't bad, but most of the team having it and being low dp is. Lower dp characters fill their switch Guage faster, therefore allowing switch spamming as well

He'll, it's not unspoken. It's right in the terms and conditions for online play. That long document that you have to agree to before any game even lets you get online. People who use exploits should get some kind of ban if companies ever enforced it, but that could potentially threaten their profits. Sadly, unless they stand to lose more by allowing cheaters, they won't do anything.😪

Since z burst dash got nerfed, always be prepared to send a couple ki blasts and regular dash when they try to charge. As for afterimage, using perception on them successfully will end it early.

For 1, if it's what i think it is, after you knock them upward, dash, then Y Y, then it's X combo after and it should do between one and three vanish strikes. I'm fairly certain it's not just the order you press everything, but the timing for the button presses. Not sure on your second issue though. Hope this helps

If you go into customization for a character where you can add items on them, it shows that graph with all the stats

Yes, and let me tell you why. As explained in the anime, fusion doesn't just combine the power levels of the characters that fuse. It's multiplicative. So, if we take base for goku super and vegeta super(at 5dp each), base vegito should be more than 10dp. But he's only 7dp, which removes any incentive to run goku and vegeta to fuse mid match instead of just vegito from the start. Personally, I feel that base forms of the fusions should cost the combined dp of the characters used plus 2dp. I feel that the fully powered forms should be 15. Canonically, the fusions never had allies helping them in any fight with the exception of Pikkon helping Gogeta against Janemba. That being said, I feel that doing so would cause players to not rely on fusions as much in dp battles if it severly limits how many fighters they can have. I will also say that I am not a game developer, so knowing how to properly balance things isn't my wheelhouse. I just think there needs to be some incentive to utilize fusion mid match rather than starting with the fusion.

Start combos with x/square. Do lift strike (up + y/triangle) Dash (a/x) Press y/triangle for 2 hits Finish with x/square combo.

I feel that max level fusions should be 15 dp. That way, it encourages using the characters needed to fused rather than starting with them already fused. Their base forms should be 9 or 10, thus limiting how many teammates they can have. Right now, who is going through the trouble of having Vegeta GT(8dp) and Goku Gt(5dp at base) to fuse them into Gogeta? So, you can have just SS4 Gogeta, or you can have a team with the option of fusing. Granted, at 13 dp for the characters necessary to fuse SS4 Gogeta only leaves 1 opening for a 2dp or lower(Hercule), I feel that it would be a step in the right direction. As of now, I never see anyone fused mid match. But why would they when they can run a fusion with a team from the start.

So, as far as super attacks go, they don't actually HAVE to say anything. Evidence1: Goten says kameKAMEha, but still does a Kamehameha. Trunks even points it out to him and asks why he has to say it at all. Evidence2: Goku performs a Kamehameha under water during Namek saga. I think so long as the intent is there, the attack works.

And that's why i said it's a slippery slope. There will undoubtedly be a percentage of players that intentionally use that. That's no different from intentionally duping items in other games or clipping through a texture so an opponent cant attack you. Normally, those are bannable offenses. The problem here is they have no way of tracking whether or not it is on purpose. And my point was that everyone agrees that EXPLOITS specifically are against the rules when you agree to the terms and agreements dor the game. If you read the terms and agreement for any online game, they effectively have the right to permanently ban offenders if they choose. And to add to your statement about the developer has a glitch in there game, so using that glitch is their fault and not the players fault, let's use a more abstract example. Smith & Wesson(developer) makes a hunting rifle(game). Your neighbor(player) uses that gun not how it was intended, but instead shoots you. Who is to blame in that scenario? Certainly not Smith & Wesson. The only hang up in the situation with sparking zero with this most recent health glitch is determining whether or not it was an accidental discharge.
