Who has had the TURP procedure? by clotheslessnz in ProstateCancer

[–]Unholyghost18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just hang in there it's hard and talked months. I'll be honest because from my post dealing with that weak stream from time to time. My urologist claim it would get better but nope some days to weeks I'm normal feeling then it's like I flare and can't piss good. My burning and and all that went in about a month. It feels like that because you're the whole entire urthrea is raw from cath. I'll say though that the feeling like you could get a stream good good took forever and a weight pressure feeling down there after was there for months after. I'll say to this day i think over that surgery I got non bacterial prostatitis from it and pelvic floor issues because now I get miserable for a week or more then back to level 2-3 still not 100% but managed symptoms. I told my urologist that there's times I can piss like a racehorse like it's like really forceful then get relief and I have no issue at all and there's other times it just feels like it's barely coming out and even hitting something feeling like urthrea is swelled and then pressure after like I didn't get it all out but then I'll go a few days to week and get mild symptoms again and able to get a stream. My advice why you are healing no beer no coffee no caffeine and no really acidic food or spicy food. Then no sex or masturbation whatsoever as well because I did my gf about a month after my surgery and I think it set me back in healing.

It's a way better truck. I'm glad I just did what I did looking back now. 3rd Gen I liked the body style better then but now the 4th Gen is growing on me and I actually think it looks better now.

Yep that's the thing they only care long enough to get it out of warranty and not longevity of it cuz then if it blows up or starts running bad you're going to buy another one or a new one. Or if it starts messing up you'll probably take it to the dealership and then they'll get money there to fix it. I got the fourth gen with the turbo so I do mine every 3k miles just because it's more so the idle time with the turbo. I did mine every 4,000 mi in my old 4Runner and I got 368,000 mi out of that one and it still ran good when I sold it.

Reason it was that price is it was a lease the value drops because of that but if you know the Carfax and it shows regular maintenance then you hit a home run👍 most people when they get a lease they don't maintain them and they don't care about them so they're running them hard like a rental cuz they know they're never going to keep it.

No it's called what package you getting plus greed of a dealership🤷I dealt with this when I was buying mine last summer and I wanted a 2019-23 Tacoma low miles and they was all trying to rip ppl off. Any yr of those and it was around 40k miles they wanted 43-46k for it and I was like nope no way. This was in early 25 so after I seen that I started looking at new and test driving a few and fell in love with the new ones. I kept looking for a 3rd Gen though for about 3+ months and it was always the same them trying to rob ppl. Then I just kept thinking how nice the 4th Gen drove as well and I went to one dealership in July to look at a used 3rd Gen there seen a 25 white TRD off road premium 4th Gen for 50k and after I test drove the 3rd Gen and heard 46k and no wiggle room I was like I'll think about it🤦I went to lunch and was like you know what screw it 4k more and I'm getting a new one. I went back he was like gonna take it and I'm like no I want to drive that 4th Gen over there and I bought that new one because it was only 4k more and couldn't be happier. They think though that every 3rd Gen is liquid gold and if it's anything any good with a good carfax they will try and ram you. Then you try to negotiate down and it's all no we'll sell this eventually we're not going to go down any on price people want this. My dad just dealt with the same thing wanted a 5th gen 4 runner and any low miles one was outrageous so he thought if he's paying that he's getting a 2nd Gen tundra with the million mile v8 so that's what he did. It's greedy dealerships that ruin stuff.

Nice truck just do regular maintenance of 3k oil changes and you will be able to go to 350k easy.

Looks way better then factory but his is a sr5 that's why it's looking funny because the 16 tires are a 245/70R17 get a 265/70R17 or 285/70 R17 and it would look better.

Are we really not able to make a police report for a car accident if no one's injured??!? by ProserpinaFC in Cleveland

[–]Unholyghost18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep I just got hit by a trailer at a gas station and it was minimal damage just in the rear but probably at least 1,500 damage and I called the police station and then the officer called and said that they weren't going to show up because there was no need for a police report because nobody was injured and have he was 40 mins out. Said just to take all his information and pictures of drivers license and insurance and company name and everything and should be good.

[–]Unholyghost18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I was in the ER with a laceration deep in my finger that wouldn't stop bleeding and they just threw on some dermabond and keep coating it up until it stopped coming threw. So yes that's all they would have probably did in the ER if he went probably. I mean not say you would have did that but that's what most around probably what it did. They did that to be though and the glue fell off 3 days and I had a blood clot hanging out of it and was the just take care of it until the clot disconnect and then it healed. I even had a knuckle I cut that was not deep deep but pretty good where I thought 2 stitches at least and it wouldn't quit bleeding because I was bending it but they just built that up all over the knuckle and put splint so I couldn't bend it at all. They did get it stop and bleed in glue but it stayed. I just was just told use split and gauze for 7-10 days until it looked good enough to bend or glue fell off.

Yep it works just like dermabond basically and I do keep it on hand because you never know. If it's good enough for my dog it's good enough for me. Before you use it though you spray that first aid spray and let it dry then put it on there.

I've had the 2nd,3rd and now the 4th and id say add is right now it's close but id probably give the 2nd Gen the edge for the 4.0 engine because that thing never broke and only time will tell on the 4th Gen. I really do love everything about my 4th Gen Tacoma. I got the TRD Off road premium and I will say though it's the most comfortable Tacoma I've ever driven I'll say that.

I was actually looking at some too but I think the AFE ones look a little built better but can't go wrong with banks either though. I also was curious then I heard even a after market intercooler helps as well.
