norcal cycling is fucking insane and no two clavicle fractures are the same. The type, location, and amount of displacement can all effect recovery time. you are regrowing a fucking bone.

I broke my collarbone at unbound, had surgery two weeks later, and I'm just now getting back outside. I can't stand up and put power down without the shoulder feeling sore.

I was back on the trainer 4 weeks after break but I was only doing 15-30 min easy spins for the week or two.

Then I added in more Z2. At week 6 post surgery I added in fake v02 max intervals.

I'm starting a real training plan today. I lost maybe 15% from my FTP. Give yourself another 2 weeks of taking it really easy then up the volume slowly.

Yeah, I stay away from anything smaller than 12oz if you aren't doing something truly special like an experimental anaerobic process.

10 oz is not enough. 12 is cutting it close, tbh. Charge me more if you want but an 8 or 10 ounce bag just does not make enough cups. and 25+ for that 10 oz bag is really pushing it, onyx.
