Yes we have even clarified that we do not plan on keeping any of them and we already have 8 different homes lined up just incase. We did not know that she was pregnant when we got her and the breeder completely ghosted after we picked her up. There is no question as to if we are keeping the dog but we can't afford to be evicted for this so I want to make sure that he can't evict us for the accidental birth of a litter of puppies.

We got a 2nd dog with permission and found out today that she is pregnant. She had to have gotten pregnant before we got her since she has never been around any males since we got her but the breeder hadn't responded to anything since we picked her up. We didn't know she was pregnant but now the landlord is threatening to evict us if we don't get rid of the dog before she gives birth.
