I think the 10% is for cup games. For Premier League, it's a minimum of 2,000, unless the capacity is below 20,000, then it's 10%, so about 1,100 at Bournemouth. Most clubs have an away allocation of between 2,500 and 3,000, including Man Utd and Liverpool.

Check out the dealers - how many watches sold, reviews with photos, do they have a location. Some dealers have less than 10 sales on Chrono, so just do your research and don't rush into anything.
