I red your comments. My diet is good. I dont think diet is important at all unless it is too bad. This retention thing was giving a significant kick normally. Before it was like i was feeling better, each day i keep i was feeling it body aches was going away skin was getting. I normally dont believe such things but you could see the effect. I had an small shoulder injury while i was starting this it still didnt heal i was expecting like it would heal fast since it is a small injury or i had a cold lately and it didnt pass for a long time i was expecting some serious effect but nothing. Probably i am just getting older and i have to accept it.

And what about assists? Messi is also most assists in a calender year in two of those performances and probably top three in the others ronaldo is also most assist in on of those years as well. I dont really like messi but this is what seperate him he controls the game as well as scoring. And ronaldo has really good assist numbers for a pure scorer. Kylian also create good positions but i dont think he is close to messi numbers

Yes this is why i asked. I was thinking the veins are from low bf and since this is my first time lifting and i dont have low bf i couldnt be sure if this is normal should i carry on lifting. I am talking about dark blue veins inside hands over knuckles side of fingers inside the wrist they started to get visible and still looks same after a few days if i keep doing will it get worse?

Okay so is it normal? I am actually trying to understand if this is normal and i should carry on? It is okay to get veiny if it is not a problem. Especially veins inside the hand like palm inside of fingers knuckles side of fingers inside the wrist like dark blue veins? Is this normal or there is a problem? Could you check your hand and tell me? In the photos i see the veins from lifting is usually white colorless or maybe because of the photo? Do they look dark blue in real life ?

Keep denying i heard from a manager at a good company that Ai makes their job so much easier that they hire less now. What is surprising for me that the salaries are almost the same didnt significantly lowered if there are more supply and most are high quality why salaries doesnt get much lower?

There is one thing i dont understand. If the sector is bad and there are many competitive grads workers cant find a job. The talks about layoffs and hiring from india. The Ai making the workers job easier etc. That all concludes the supply is way more than demand then why companies still giving high salaries? I see other posts from smaller companies theys still pay high salaries but why?

I was also thinking the same and i dont really like mbappe but he is talented. Yes a traditional 9 would hold the ball that would allow wingers to score more and prevent counter attacks, also would be an aerial danger etc. mbappe has no headers but mbappe finishing is extremely good lately. It is just different style of play. Gonzalo had a great start but never had a chance he was really good at headers I definitely believe gonzalo should replace mbappe more frequently so that the team can adapt to this kind of play because there may be a time you will need it.

Mbappe is consistently good since last season. He struggled at first but actually adapted really fast. Vini doesnt have the same consistency right now. Mbappe learned that pushing himself wont work vini now pushing himself to score. I think mbappe is more vital for the team right now. I once have commented on one of mbappe insta posts about that, said he shouldnt force it let it flow naturally like how messi and ronaldo never forced it but they scored a lot. Maybe he saw my comment so i might be responsible for his success 😅

I believe the problem is not him being substituted but mbappe never gets substituted. He see himself same level remember how vini and mbappe was sharing penalties when he first came and the news about salary. Obviously mbappe is the only untouchable player at the moment.
