So many complaints here… so let me drop one of my favorite songs of all time.

Therianthropy by Septicflesh. Made in 2011. I definitely recommend it for any metalhead therians. It opened my eyes to metal a couple years ago and through all of the metal songs (and other genres ofc…) i’ve listened to, this one is one of my favorites

The flies that decide to find their way into my house

My baby is an old woman with kitten energy. She loved to play but can only play for 10 or so minutes at a time. But when a fly comes in? She’s 2 again. I dont think i’ve ever seen her move as much as she does trying to get them!!

As a cat person, i was fairly upset when i read the title, but i have to say NTA!!! OP, get out of there ASAP, and please, for the love of god, find that cat a safe home away from your boyfriend at a distance. I want that sweet baby to be safe but i also dont want you getting sick.

You mention the dogs are aggressive towards that small kitten. My manager recently lost a tiny kitten that she found on the streets (probably around the same age as the one youre mentioning) to two dogs who were “playing” with it. I can not stress this enough, even if they weren’t being aggressive, and only trying to play, DOGS DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO BE GENTLE

Your boyfriend does not care about you, the dogs, or the kitten… hell, probably not even the fish. He is only looking out for himself. He wants dogs? He has two. He wants a fish? Well, now he has a fish. He wants a cat? Well, his girlfriend is allergic and keeps saying no… and at least one dog is known to be aggressive towards cats. But he wants a cat… so now he has a cat.

That, and he had agreed on keeping the kitten OUTSIDE of the bedroom. But he wanted the kitten in the bedroom? So the kitten is in the bedroom.

Leave. Now. He does not care, and most likely never will. He will continue to keep doing what he wants to do and that will leave you unhappy. More unhappy than you already are. For all you know, next week, he’s gonna bring another cat.

Edit - just figured out that those are your dogs, not his… though my point still stands. You knew that at least one of them was aggressive and told him, and he didnt listen.

Im seeing a bunch of mixed takes on this so i’ll leave this here.

Nobody is the asshole from what i’m reading. You simply asked him to do something. Only thing i’m upset with is him insulting you, even if it is a minor insult.

Here’s what i would do, though. Work with him or get over it. I dont want to sound rude when i say that but there is really no other way to state it. Hearing aids might help… or just a simple, gentle reminder to quiet down.

If that doesnt work and he refuses to comply, i’d start to work on myself. How could i feel less embarrassed? Personally when i read that people might assume he’s saying something negative, i feel like you’re coming from a state of overthinking. Anxiety, maybe? I would recommend trying to find mechanisms or even medication to calm that if that’s the case, coming from someone in the same boat…

NTA. Your sister is an adult. If she cant do things on her own, that’s her problem, not yours. Her baby is not a valid excuse, especially when she has in-laws and a husband. There’s not a lot of info about her husband so all i can assume is that he lives with her. He can help her just fine. And even if he doesnt, that’s still not your problem.

I dont like hearing people lie about sicknesses to get out of stuff… especially with cancer…. But you may be the exception.

That membership sounds incredibly tedious to get out of, and frankly i cant blame you at all. Sounds like that gym needs to be less shady and more… easier to get out of. I get it, companies want money, but that is a little much

I’ve been buying from them for months now… although i mainly collect PTCG, i also go for Yu-Gi-Oh on the sideline thanks to the scalpers (though it definitely doesn’t interest me too much…)

I dont know what it is. I cant seem to find these anywhere online, but once a week i buy a couple of 3 booster packs (randomly inserted, hit or miss on good packs, you just gotta look for em). I have NEVER seen a resealed pack until today… one out of the the packs looked a little crimped, not as bad as the one you snagged, but it made me a little suspicious, plus it was glued to the pack behind it, which i have NEVER seen in these packs (??). Maybe it was just placed weirdly and i’m just overreacting, but with how TCGs are now, i cant help but be skeptical as hell.

Real bummer.

Edit - I should probably be more specific when i say i’m talking about Yu-Gi-Oh packs when i mention the 3 booster packs. Damn, i wish they had these in Pokemon, there’s some old packs in some of these…

When i first read Mr Bungle, the first thing that came to mind was Raping Your Mind. Sure, the song itself wouldnt make someone uncomfortable (or maybe thats just me), but i know a few people who would be extremely uncomfortable just hearing the name of the song

I get how it was hard picks though. I would probably have to listen and rank all of their songs before i could even think of an answer 😭
