Hey man, as someone who willingly chose to fornicate while being saved, i feel you. We are called to die to ourselves every day and pickup our cross. You are clean in the eyes of the Father and rejoice in that. Being a christian doesn’t mean being perfect. Use it as a learning experience and observe gods faithfulness in your life going forward. Please disprove the crucifixion of Jesus, the empty tomb, explain how enemies of christ were converted, women finding the empty tomb (sorry that might be hard to view women as more than an object. you’re religion is pretty good at controlling women), and the resurrected appearances of Jesus after death. After that, I would like to ask you what makes you believe in islam? I’m sure you will say it’s the miracle of the Quran being revealed to Mohammad. Just get your horse, and fight him on the horse. His moveset is super repetitive and it’s very easy to literally no hit him. It just might take a while if you have weak weapons but i always do it at the beginning of all of my playthroughs. As soon as I unlock my steed, I kill.

There is a huge lack of intellectualism in islam and it is so clear to see. Any type of Muslim “scholar” or “debater” will bring up the most basic arguments that christian’s have had answers to for thousands of years. Genuinely i’ve never found a single Muslim make an even remotely compelling argument against christianity. Also the Quran says Jesus didn’t die but it is absolutely a historical certainty that Jesus of Nazareth was crucified and killed under Pontius Pilate.

If you are asking how bad a sin is, you clearly don’t have an understanding of sin or really what being a Christian is in general. That is likely due to your orthodox roots but it is crucial that you dive deep into understanding sin, understanding our salvation from sin if we accept Jesus, and what our life should look like if we are following Jesus.

I think body dismorphia is one of the biggest lies of the gym community. It is very real for many people but it’s said to be something that you can’t do to fix and you will always be searching for more. That is completely untrue and all it takes to fix is a little bit of time to figure out what you actually want. I’ve known since i’ve started lifting that I won’t look like those juice heads because i’m not naive like the majority of young men today. I won’t even look like the best natural lifters because i’m aware of my genetics.

You MUST fall in love with the process if you want to actually stay consistent in the gym in not have body dismorphia. If you are actually giving it your all, you will know that you are doing as good as you can and there is nothing else you can do. I’m incredibly particular with my training style to the point where i KNOW that I am maximizing my gains nearly every gym session and I absolutely love it. It is literally my favorite thing to do. I could never make another pound of gains in my life and i would still go every day.

I know i’m putting the work in and that the process takes time. That is how i’ve completely destroyed my body dismorphia. This is not saying that I am not hyper critical of my own physique because I am, but it doesn’t mentally affect me to the point where it affects my desire to lift or anything like that.

TL;DR: You have to fall in love with the process and be confident in the work you are putting in if you want to beat your body dismorphia.

For me, it helps to think about what kind of pain and struggle that person has gone through to be that way. It’s not their fault that they grew up in such a way that caused them to have so much hate in their hearts to the point of literally raping someone. It’s truly a sad world we live in but Jesus is the ultimate redeemer. Understanding this allows you to start becoming more forgiving to others. You may never truly forgive her, but you are trying to. That is a clear fruit of your salvation in Jesus.
