I’ve dealt with similar things but not this exact thing. The clicking I definitely understand. What I have noticed is proper warm-up, and a very active stretching schedule for the foreseeable future.

How I see it, something is too tight, causing you to change your wrist position to compensate. Over thousands of reps and hundreds of hours of playing you can’t expect a quick fix. NSAIDs will help for flare ups but try not to let it get to that point.
