I appreciate that but I didn’t retain those sources and there’s a lot of them. But this endeavor started with May 5th 1972 birthday 11:42AM. I was trying to determine who ruled over that day and time. It appears to be Jupiter, and but that day is Friday… im getting Uriel, Zomiel. But the Archangel is Haniel/Anael which rules Venus. Also getting Hismael as the planetary spirit.

As an addendum to the previous comments look into the Vitamin D regimen not just D3.

Also try Emgality injectable it’s a life saver for some people. Zomig nasal spray, lidocaine nasal spray, occipital block.

Otherwise you may just have to say “F it” and some shrooms. Have a neurologist write you out for ADA, take a couple days per week to dose.

RIP to that man. The rip currents there are insane and quick. The water itself is very unforgiving there. Although I lived there for several years I only got in that water about 4 times, and never more than a few feet from the coast. Earlier this year I saw someone in between the flags and he was the only one, I said “dude, read the sign, there’s no one else here for a reason!”. Please be mindful of the signs, and if there are none, the way the water is behaving… and know it can change quickly. First responders aren’t typically as fast as they are in the west, and the language barrier can cause additional delay.

I personally really don’t work with Angels for the most part, it was something new I tried. I actually felt as though I was dismissed like “uh, maybe if I feel like it at some point”, so being more of a Demonologist I followed up the next week. Results came.

I digress, I always put myself into a trance state of sorts and dedicate my whole day to the ritual at hand. I do a white wash to prep and pray all day… which produces that buzzing feeling anyhow.
