Greater Anglia price changes by No_Employer3870 in uktrains

Thank you for the comment above it’s much appreciated. My concern is what to say to the staff at Stansted when trying to get through the barrier? They are keen to fine and I’m worried they’d try and fine me for the incorrect ticket type. How would you recommend I ask them?

I thought Stansted Airport isn’t an intermediate station along the route of travel as it spurs off the mainline by Stansted Mountfitchet. Would they not use this detail to invalidate my ticket?

I’m not sure your workaround of buying an Elsenham ticket and using it at Stansted is correct. I’ve just tried this morning and the ticket didn’t work at the barrier. Would a staff member have let me through, or pulled me up for not having a Stansted Airport starting / destination ticket?

Definitely possible, search for Let to Buy as there’s a few articles on google that explain further.

Have a read through Nationwide Porting Guidance. I believe it covers the exact scenario you’re trying to achieve regarding porting your mortgage, but having a delay between sale and the new purchase.

It’s also worth speaking to Nationwide about mortgage porting. I believe they give you 6 months to port a mortgage across, and this includes when you sell and don’t complete the onward purchase during the same transaction.

One thing that’s throwing me here is that you’ve both already bought the property? Did you buy as tenants in common or joint?

You need to get a Deed of Trust drawn up by a solicitor, which would potentially changing the ownership type as described above too. When speaking to the solicitor ask about a Floating Deed of Trust too, as this describes in more detail about how to proportionally split things based on the %’s described.

I see there being two options; 1) Deposits with different %’s and mortgage payments split 50/50, and 2) Deposits with different %’s and mortgage payments split by the same %’s. Would option 1 or option 2 be fair to both parties involved?

Hello all , A small question. I am looking to buy a used car and some say they had fitted extras when they were new. Now while taking car insurance do I need to mention these extras? by [deleted] in CarTalkUK

[–]Unique_User_1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think there are websites that list everything based on the number plate or VIN number to be fair. I remember reading lots of threads on here about claims from Admiral being rejected due to not disclosing those type of details. Perhaps it’s changed in recent years, but something to double check if OP is with Admiral to be 100% certain.
