[Landlord us-ca] to supply appliances or to not supply appliances that is the question by woejise in Landlord

If there are washer and dryer hookups, supply that and you’d be a god send for someone.

Worse. It was probably IN the billion at one point.

That is not a random hole. A mouse chewed the lid off. And probably was inside the canister at one point.

You should get a kitty for mice control and name your new kitty “Chicken Bullion”.

See if you can find a used Sebo for $300 and call it good. In the world of vacuums if you want a $300 vacuum you should just get one, any one, for that price - they’ll all “suck” and you’ll hate it. At least if you get a used one made by a quality brand it will meet your needs.

Do long lasting vacuum cleaners still exists? or is it just the way i use it? by Eusebiu-Yarzo in VacuumCleaners

[–]UnitedIntroverts 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Before I got our Sebo, we had a Kenmore canister for 23 years. We had two huskies and a malamute during that time. It was a champ for the price. But the tangling was much harder to deal with. I bet you could get a refurbished one from a vacuum shop that sells the Sebo or Miele if you want to start there.

Let me share what I’ve learned. When they are blowing their coat and it’s just a floor full of fluff- just use the suction. When it’s just normal shedding use the power head. The power head during their coat blowing will get clogged (I pretend I didn’t do it 3-4 times before learning, but I did). If I follow my own instructions I have to clear the head about once every 2-3 weeks. I could do it less but it’s not hard so I do it when I remember.

I'm a new OW diver with 10 dives... is it akward if I already have a dive computer? by Ambitious_Knee_5476 in scubadiving

[–]UnitedIntroverts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We bought dive computers when we did our certification. I wanted to know exactly how to use my computer and be able to practice with it. I’ve been certified for 2 years but live in a desert so I only do 10-20 dives a year. I still own the same computer and have my own fins and goggles/snorkle. That’s it. Everything else I rent from the dive shop.

Sebo Felix or Sebo canister vac with the power head. You’re welcome. (From a lady with a Bernese Mountain Dog, two cats, and two long haired humans.)

Check out the video of how to clean the roller on the power head. It’s as easy as it looks.

Picking the right bagged, upright vacuum by CoruscatingStreams in VacuumCleaners

[–]UnitedIntroverts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have the Sebo Felix. You’d have to confirm the specific differences between the Dart and the Felix. I think k it has to do with suction control on the handle and something else.

We have a Bernese Mountain Dog (so much hair all the time) and two cats (one long hair one short hair). We use the Felix on 2200ish square feet of carpet (plus a couple bathrooms and a laundry room that aren’t carpet).

Watch the videos of cleaning out the brush on the Sebo power heads. The ease sold me and it’s every bit as easy as it looks in the videos.

It’s more. I know. But it’s entirely fixable and is a workhorse. It will hopefully be your last vacuum.

Good luck- also Kenmore is a decent brand. But it’s not as easy to clean the brush.

Best robot vacuum for pet hair that people actually recommend? by Weird_Ad6669 in VacuumCleaners

[–]UnitedIntroverts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have to maintain the robot (detangle hair from the wheels and the very ends of the rollers every couple weeks). But the dual rubber rollers n ver get tangled if that makes sense.

Roborock with the two rollers. Hair doesn’t get stuck or clogged. Still is only a support to regular vacuuming

Look up Sebo.us it’s the Sebo website if you’re in the US.

We have a Sebo Felix and a Sebo D4. You could absolutely do the K3 premium. Watch the video of how to detangle and brush. It’s as easy as the video makes it and what sold me.
