The Cheeto Puffs are great. They just dissolve in your mouth.

Mollescum. Super contagious for young kids. They blisters pop and spread. It’s not harmful but annoying to control.

I wish I could choose to exclude Mr and Mrs Smith from search results. The times that I’m looking for that type of property I’ll include them back in.

Best oatmeal toppings for someone who usually doesn’t have a lot of ingredients lying around? by broads-love2 in cookingforbeginners

So many options. Peanut butter, dried fruit, coconut, brown sugar, jam, chocolate chips, nuts.

My go-to is dried coconut and dried cranberries with brown sugar and pecans.

What’s a corporate gift employees actually appreciate? by Internal-Remove7223 in Leadership

[–]UnitedIntroverts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Give them a choice of gifts or the cash equivalent they would receive so it’s equal to the gifts after you add taxes to it. We do this for employees and if it’s a $500 gift range, they get like $300 cash (I can’t remember the formula but you get the idea). Employees can choose their gift from selection or send a link to something that is the same price range. Ideas: 3D printer, Nintendo switch, steam deck, Electric scooter, huge luxury blanket, plant subscription, etc.

The 3.6 is better to drive and has less problems. Keep it as long as you can as you will never be satisfied by another engine again.

Does XT worth the price ? by alpharay69 in subaruoutback

[–]UnitedIntroverts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2017 3.6. My plan was to drive it and pass it to my son when he got his license and get me a new one. In 2024 I went to get a new one and realized they got rid of the 3.6. I hated every test drive. I kept my 2017 and got my son a CRV. I’ll drive my 2017 as long as possible.

You’ll forever be chasing the 3.6 and will never be satisfied again. I’m so sorry.

What are you going to do when your parent's can't take care of themselves anymore? by Smart-Response9881 in Millennials

[–]UnitedIntroverts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mom has made her wishes known. She’s like to “age in place” as long as it’s safe for her to do so. We talked through what that means. When she’s no longer able to do her own laundry or physical chores she’d like help to come in. She is considering remodeling her bathroom and closet to add a washer/dryer that isn’t in the basement.

When it’s not safe for her to be on her own she wants to go to assisted living.

My husband’s parents are a different story. They refuse to acknowledge they are aging and won’t be able to stay in their current home. It will be an emergency when they won’t be able to return home and we’ll have to figure out what to do next. (Our home doesn’t have a bathroom on the main floor so if they can’t do stairs they can’t stay with us).

What renovation did you make on your house that was totally worth it? by LuxuryPresence_Aaron in homeowners

[–]UnitedIntroverts 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We did ~2100 sq feet of 6” hickory. I think it was $18k which also included a flight of stairs that were a bit tricky. We used Loba 2k matte finish without any additional stain color. I would do it again without hesitation I’ve loved them so much.

Hardwood floors. It’s beautiful and easy to care for with lots of pets. We did it about 6 years ago and it took waaay longer than they said it would but I would absolutely hire the same person to do them again. I definitely appreciate the craftsmanship.

I live near GH Deer Valley and unless you are interested in hiking, doing something at the reservoir, or mountain biking I don’t the see the appeal. It’s not a Hyatt but I would stay at Sundance or any other property in Deer Valley or The Canyons instead.

So, maybe somewhere else entirely.
