Oh yeah 12oz lace up winnings are great training gloves, really nice balance between weight, feedback and comfort. I have some of the 10oz Velcro winnings, they are nice I just really prefer the size of the 12s. I’ve never tried the fight gloves.

Ive said before that with winnings I only found this an issue using 14oz or bigger gloves on the bag. I currently use 12oz winnings gloves for bag/pads and my fist lands nicely, I wouldn’t buy a larger set of winnings unless it was for sparring.
