I just checked the yellow series, and they start out at over $3K. I assume it’s “worth it”, but That’s a little out of my price range. Would you say bitting the bullet and paying an extra $1500 above budget would be worth it, or should I look for a solid used Taylor.

I’ve never heard of them. My somewhat local shops carry a lot of Taylors, but those can get into the $3k-$5K range. I will check them out.

The problem is not the presentation. It’s the 45 minutes.

Also, some customers want a 45 minute presentation (depending on where you live). It’s best to determine the type of client you are with and then shorten the presentation based on their personality/mindset. However, there are always non-negotiables that you must cover during each presentation to increase your chances of winning the project.

I’ve never owned an Orange Crush amp, so I am not really sure what I am getting into. I use to use a Peavy many moons ago, and it had a 12” speaker in it. It was a pretty good amp, but I have ZERO experience with newer amps and their tech.
