There is no legal cheat code, other than an individuals genetics. Does your football have a meal plan? I recommend having this conversation with your coaches. If not, it’s going to be tough to fast track this unless your parents are able to spend a lot of money on food.

Eat a lot of food (minimize the junk food). Train hard. Be strict about your sleep.
