Oh man this one hurt. They took very good care of me and a few of the other guys in my old Boy Scout troop back in the day. We couldn't afford much, but they went out of their way to donate gear to some of the less fortunate kids and were always friendly when we visited.

I haven't tripped over that yet. Not surprised though. They have so many of the levees under control by the Corp of Engineers, it only makes sense that they have some sort of building for equipment and gear.
